Who Care is made for – and who it isn't
Care is for care services that issue their own invoices – private billing to clients or insurance companies. We deliberately focus on private invoicing plus DATEV export to the accountant, with no DTA module for electronic direct billing with care funds.
This is not a missing feature, but a deliberate focus: less complexity, lower price. If you absolutely need to bill electronically with care funds, you will be better served by a different system. If you run a pure care service under §45 SGB XI, you get exactly what you need from us – nothing more, nothing less.
